Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost of the product is computed mainly based on "size," “distance”, “weight” and “shipping method” selected.

Shipping Timing

Estimated shipping timing of the products are displayed during the checkout process.

The delivery location is based on the address information you have provided in your account or at checkout page. Ensure the address information provided is as accurate as possible.

PO boxes: The delivery is designed to be door-to-door and hence not delivering at PO box address.

Store Pickup

During checkout, a store pickup shipping method can be selected. This means the customer is supposed to go and pick-up the product at the store.

Title to Products

Purchases of product through SpringSoko are subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to customer upon the carrier's delivery to your ship-to address, and SpringSoko is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery.

Return Policy

Introduction

Customer may require to return a product you have purchased through SpringSoko. SpringSoko and sellers will endeavor to ensure the products being shipped and ready for delivery are fit for use and purpose.

Reasons for Return

For NOW, the only reason for return may include:

  1. The product does not fit;
  2. The product is damaged.

Ensure during the return, the product has not been used and damaged and returned in their packaging intact. The consumables foods and underclothes are not accepted for return if used.

Return Period

The customer should report the need for return of the product within THREE (3) days from day of receipt of the product, through RMA tool in their account,

Return Process

Use a tool called RMA (return management) available at the customer account.

The customer will select the product purchased from the list and provide further information (including images showing the anomaly) regarding the need of the return. The customer will then submit that information in the system to the Seller for consideration and decision.

Replacement

In general, there are TWO options of replacement of the returned product after agreement between the customer and seller:

  1. Replace with similar products of the returned one;
  2. Replace with another product depending on the agreement.

Shipping Cost

Whenever it is found that the damage on the product to be replaced is not caused by the customer, the return shipping cost will be reimbursed to the customer through the agreed payment method.
